BMWA Application FAQ

The registration window will be announced, and you will be able to complete an application through our website,

Yes.  However, your process will be different from a new applicant.  When you select Returning Student on the application and select the Submit button, this is going to prompt the database that you are re-enrolling.  You will then receive an email to complete the application.  It’s important you use the link emailed to you so it automatically updates your record in the database.

Step 1.

Please check your spam or junk folder to make sure the emails are not being sent there inadvertently.  If that is the case, please follow your email service provider’s instructions to add the following email addresses to your safe list:,,

Step 2. 

Check to make sure your email inbox is not at capacity.  

Step 3.

Check to make sure the email address is the email address you completed on the BMWA application.  The email distribution lists are auto generated from the applications.  If this is not the email address, then you will need to email for a change request.

Yes.  There is a record for each individual BMWA male in the database, so a separate application is needed.
